Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration and Management

3.4 A turbo99 account is for the personal use of the registered player only. Transferring, selling, or allowing a third party to use the account is prohibited.

Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 turbo99 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM10 regardless of the payment method used. turbo99 does not charge any processing fees on deposits, however payment service providers may apply their own charges.

4.3 Deposited funds must come from an account registered in the player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in the transaction being reversed.

4.4 turbo99 reserves the right to verify the source of funds for any deposit in accordance with licensing requirements and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. Player cooperation in this process is mandatory.

Withdrawals

5.1 The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per request. Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes after the request is approved, subject to completed account verification.

5.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the payment account that has been registered and verified in the player's name. turbo99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts for any reason.

6.1 The turbo99 Welcome Bonus offers a 100% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal from the bonus funds can be made.

6.2 All other bonuses including VIP weekly cashback, birthday bonus, referral bonus, and current promotions have their own terms and validity periods, stated separately on the relevant promotions page.

6.3 turbo99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in the bonus being voided and the account may be investigated.

6.4 The turbo99 VIP Programme offers weekly cashback across four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), and Platinum (up to 1.2%). Progress between tiers depends on the player's overall betting activity and loyalty.

Game Rules

7.1 All games offered on the turbo99 platform, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, and arcade games, have their own rules which can be found on each game's respective page.

7.2 Game results are final. turbo99 uses a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness across all slot games and table casino games. Independent audits are carried out on a regular basis.
